After School Program

ICAGeorgia Afterschool Program

ICAGeorgia offers in-house after school care for ICAGeorgia students.  Limited seats available.  If you are interested in registering your child for the program, please refer to How To Apply for the ICAGeorgia Afterschool Program section below.

Our goal to provide a safe and nurturing environment for students. The program offers daily activities that allow for lots of social interaction in a well structured environment.

Our Afterschool Time Consist of:

• A nutritious snack
• Additional enrichment lessons in activities that are mainly rooted in sciences and social sciences.
• Hands-on labs or observation labs that allow the children to interact with learning objectives previously explored through lessons and activities.
• Focus on teamwork, with weekly team-challenges incorporated to encourage growth in interpersonal communication and sportsmanship
• Homework help for all grade levels
• Self-guided STEM-focused learning tools and stations available in the classroom for exploratory learning.
• Accessible art station with basic supplies and recycled materials. More items can be used with teacher permission and supervision.
• Creative building materials for imaginative play
• Dramatic play station in classroom with kitchen and accessories
• Classroom library with a diverse collection of English and Japanese books with multiple reading levels.
• Additional recess time for physical activity and health.

Fee Information (SY2024-2025)

• Registration Fee (One-time fee, due at the time of registration): $25.00 per child
• Weekly Fee: $70.00 per child (Due to a popularity of our program, full-time/weekly use only for SY2024-2025).
• Additional Early Release Fee on early dismissal day: $20.00 per child

How To Apply for the ICAGeorgia After School Program

• 2024-2025 school year: Online lottery registration is now open! The Lottery has taken place at the school on July 8th, 2024 at 9am.  Most updated waitlist can be reviewed here.  The lottery/waitlist remains open throughout the school year.  If you would like to register your child for the lottery/waitlist, please click here for the lottery registration page.
• Priority Groups: the following preference group have priority status
  • Child of current staff or board member
  • Applicants who have a sibling currently enrolled at ICAGeorgia
  • Applicant who attend the afterschool program full-time (weekly)

To enroll your child, there are two ways to apply:

• Online Application

• Paper-based Application
  • If you prefer to submit the paper-based application, please click here and complete this form.  Upon completion, please call us at 770-604-0007, mail or bring it to us at the main office. We are located at 3705 Engineering Drive, Peachtree Corners, GA 30028. We will enter your application in the lottery registration on your behalf.
