Enrollment Process
(Enrollment is still open for the School Year 2024-2025. Please contact our office at 770-604-0007 or info@internationalcharteracademy.org for the mid-year enrollment process.)
ICAGeorgia accepts the intial application through online application system “Lotterease” or in-person at the ICAGeorgia Front Office. Since ICAGeorgia has contracted with Lotterease, BOTH (1) the application process as well as (2) the lottery will be conducted on their online system. After the lottery day, Lotterease remains open throughtout the school year.
Please read the following information carefully.
Lottery by Lotterease will be conducted regardless of the number of applications received. If the number of applications received for any grade level, program, or class is below the maximum capacity, all applicants, barring only those whose applications were incomplete or inaccurate, will be admitted to the program and will receive acceptance notice via Lotterease.
Lottery Registration by Lotterease opens at 9am on January 3rd, 2024 and ends at 8:59am on March 18th, 2024. Please click here to submit your initial application through Lotterease. Upon completion of registration, you will receive an e-mail from Lotterease confirming that you have registered your child for the lottery with Lotterease (ICAGeorgia@lotterease.com). Please check Junk or Spam inboxes if you do not see the e-mails from Lotterease after registering.
Lottery will be run and select the applicants randomly. Upon completion of the lottery you will be notified of admission OR your number on the waitlist. Check your e-mail to see if you have received the email notification. If you do not see any emails from ICAGeorgia Lotterease, it is important for you to check Junk inbox.
If you receive the Lotterese e-mail notifying you of confirmation, please confirm your seat by clicking the “confirm” button, within the three day window, to accept the spot for the 2024-2025 School Year with ICAGeorgia. If you do not confirm within the three day window, your spot will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist. The email notification will also contain instructions for completing the enrollment process.
Depending on the number of applicants, you may receive a Waitlist nofitication from Lotterease. The email will indicate what number your spot is at currently on the waitlist. Confirm or Waitlist will move automatically, and Lotterease continues sending you an update as the movement occurs. Please keep checking your email from Lotterease.
Our Enrollment Forms are now online! In the final “confirmation” email from ICAGeorgia Lotterease, there will be a link to our online enrollment forms page called “Enrollease”. If the link does not take you to the Enrollease page, please login to your Lotterease account and choose “View Enrollment Forms”.
